 Teacher writes a sentence on the board:
“ We write e-mails”
 Teacher, on purpose, converts the sentence in a wrong way.
 Teacher says “this is the passive form of the sentence”

 Teacher asks students to figure out the rule for the simple past passive voice comparing the rule of the Simple present passive voice.
 Finally she writes the S+was/were+verb3 +O on the board below the first rule.
